Chef Gaumond will introduce you to the basics of meat curing. Techniques used in our kitchen including Gravlax, Pastrami and duck prosciutto. 
A tasting of the night's confections and glass of wine or pint of beer included.
Workshop starts at 6pm and usually lasts until 8:30pm approximately
